At the end of November, 2006, Goldmark Minerals reported some significant restructuring, a new business focus and some new additions to management.

The management now consists of:

• Robert W Lamond, Chairman of the Board
• Peter Barker, President and Chief Executive Officer
• Charles  A Teare, Chief Financial Officer
• Karen Hill,  Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Barker has also joined the Board.Goldmark raised $255,000 in a private placement in November and another $2,100,000 in May 2007. It has commenced a methodical and systematic assessment, acquisition, exploration and development program. It has recently disposed of it’s assets in Alaska but will maintain a 10% production royalty in the Alaskan Walker Fork property.
