• Robert W. Lamond
  Mr. Lamond is a professional geologist, educated at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and has 35 years of technical and managerial experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently Mr. Lamond is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Diaz Resources Ltd. listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Lamond is also Chairman of the Board of Humboldt Capital Corporation and Sharon Energy Ltd., both listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
  Prior to managing Diaz, Mr. Lamond was President of Czar Resources Ltd. from 1974 to 1995, and President of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. from 1990 to 1998. Both companies focused on the Canadian natural gas business and were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Lamond is also a director and a member of the audit committee of Tuscany Energy Ltd., a public oil and gas company listed on TSX Venture Exchange Chairman of the Board.
  
  
• Charles A. Teare, CFO
  Mr. Teare is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, and has 30 years of accounting and managerial experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently, Mr. Teare is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Humboldt Capital Corporation which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Teare is also the Executive Vice-President of Diaz Resources Ltd. which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.  Prior to being Executive Vice-President of Diaz, Mr. Teare was Chief Financial Officer of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd., focused on the Canadian natural gas business and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Teare is also a director of three other companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
  
  
• Peter Barker, Chief Executive Officer
  Mr. Barker is an engineer, businessman, and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.  He has 30 years of experience in business ranging from senior management positions in very large corporations (VP of Canadian Airlines) to senior positions in junior companies.  Since 1995, Mr. Barker has pursued a variety of entrepreneurial pursuits including a startup Internet service provider.  Most recently, he was the CEO of Oromonte Resources Inc., a gold exploration and production company whose major property was in Nambija, Ecuador.  Mr. Barker is also CEO of Smart Energy Systems Canada Inc., a company that provides products and services in energy management to the Canadian marketplace.
  
  
• Karen Hill, Corporate Secretary
  Ms. Hill is a corporate lawyer and businesswoman with over 25 years of experience in both private and corporate practice.  Ms. Hill spent 9 years as the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel to the Bowfort Group of Companies, which were active in real estate, venture capital, and investment activities in North America and Europe.  She was also a co-founder of this company.  She was also Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of the Triton Group of Companies, based out of Calgary, Alberta and Denver, Colorado.  Ms. Hill’s combined expertise of international and domestic legal work and corporate governance skills to Goldmark Minerals.
  
  
• Glenn Philips, Director
  Mr. Phillips is a registered Professional Geologist in Canada and the United States with over 34 years experience in the oil and natural gas industry.  Mr. Phillips has had a strong history of success in working with and running growth orientated junior oil and natural gas enterprises. Currently, Mr. Phillips is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eiger Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas Company. Prior to Eiger Energy Ltd., Mr. Phillips was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cirque Energy Ltd. and President of Tri Star Resources Ltd. Both companies were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In addition to domestic ventures, Mr. Phillips has been involved in the drilling of wells in the United States, Australia, West Africa, the German North Sea and the United Kingdom.

• Dayanara Mariela Hinojosa Espinoza, General Manager of the Ecuadorian subsidiary
  In addition to her geological training and familiarity with local geology and business, she brings management and operational skills to the company.

Goldmark’s aim is to systematically acquire and evaluate inexpensive, strategically located properties with technical indicators of mineral deposits, to which it will add value through evaluation and development. It will use a methodical exploration approach, consisting of large scale geological and infrastructure assessment, surface and soil sampling, trenching, geophysics and drilling.

1. Complete first phase sampling program (surface and soil) on the Abigail Concession and if results warrant it, develop and implement a second phase exploration program.
2. Commence any indicated second phase exploration program by June.
3. Complete due diligence on three to five other potential concessions and if appropriate acquire the same.
4. Raise capital of up to $1 million Canadian to complete steps one to three.
5. Raise capital of $3 to $5 million Canadian to undertake further drilling on Abigail, if warranted, and to complete acquisition, assessment and assay work on the additional Properties.
