The Management and Corporate Structure
Goldmark’s president leads the management team on the ground. In addition, the company has hired Dayanara Hinojosa, a local Ecuadorian geologist, as General Manager of its Ecuadorian subsidiary. In addition to her geological training and familiarity with local geology and business, she brings management and operational skill to the company.

Currently, there are a four members on the Board, and four key Management personnel. The Board consists of R W Lamond as Chairman. directors Charles A Teare, Jorge Reich, Glenn Phillips and Peter Barker. The management team is currently Peter Barker; CEO, Charles A Teare, CFO; Karen Hill, Corporate Secretary and Dayanara Hinojosa, General Manager of The Ecuadorian Subsidiary.
